Ladyface Brewmaster's Dinner - Summer Supper & Sip-off

A new twist on our Quarterly Brewmaster's Dinner, the age-old battle of beer vs. wine heats up as Brewmaster Dave goes tête-à-tête with Ladyface's Wine Specialist Kristine as they compete for the best food pairing with each course from Chef Adrian! Multiple courses, multiple choices. You pick the winner in an engaging, interactive challenge for the most successful pairing beverage!
Supper includes 4 delicious courses to be paired with 4 Ladyface ales (8 oz each course) and 4 wines (4 oz each course) featured from our wine list.
The Chef's Challenge:
1: Heirloom Tomato water, basil, & cucumber froth
2: Poached Wild Salmon Quenelle, Yukon Gold Fondant, Sauce Nantua
3: Port Shank Angolotti, Pancetta, Bernaise
4: Peach Crostata, Lemon, & Thyme Gelato
$55/pp includes gratuity service charge of 15%. (9% CA sales tax will be added price, plus a small service fee will be added at check out.)
