The hour-long garden tour is a walking/tasting tour led by our gardener Melissa Metrick. She will guide guests through the garden covering topics such as the history of Roberta's garden, what is in season in the garden, and how it is used in the restaurant. The tour will also cover sustainability of Roberta's restaurant, water conservation, companion planting, edible varieties, and the urban ecosystem. A question and answer session is held at the end of the tour to go more in depth of each guest's interests.
Guests should give themselves at least an hour for the garden tour and arrive at Roberta's 10-15 minutes before their scheduled tour starts.
