Too Many Cooks Presents: Seasonal Summer Vegan Salads with Chef Del
Join TMC and Chef Del of the Wellness Forum Sunday, August 10th from 7-9PM for an inspiring evening exploring seasonal, vegan ingredients to create delicious Summer salads! As always this event will be BYO(Beverage of Choice) and include samples for snacking. Pre-purchase tickets will be $5 and if any remain they will be sold at the door for $8. Proceeds help Wild Goose Creative continue their mission of supporting the arts and the community.
TMC is excited to have Chef Del Sroufe share his knowledge with us. He is the Executive Chef at the Wellness forum and author of two books: "Forks Over Knives" and "Better Than Vegan." Here's a bio from Wellnessforumfoods.com: Del has mastered the art of captivating the new convert to a plant-based diet with mouth-watering dishes that seem like they are just too good to be healthy. But they are! Additionally, he has developed a diverse repertoire of hundreds of recipes that guarantee that no one will ever get bored with or tired of the food.
