Vixens of Wonderland

Vixens of Wonderland aims to not only be a show, but an experience where the worlds of Burlesque and Musical Theatre fuse to create a sexy and hilarious romp. Viewers will witness Lewis Carroll's classic Alice in Wonderland turned on its head and spanked. The world created will be familiar yet surprising, filled with well known characters being updated to a sexy, contemporary twist. We guarantee you have never seen Alice, The Cheshire Cat, The White Rabbit and the Evil Red King quite like this before.

Vixens of Wonderland will be our fourth and most ambitious production yet. We aim to do something different and unique within the Vancouver theatre scene by fusing traditional musical theatre with the art of Burlesque. This collaboration is not only exciting, but brings different kinds of artists together under one roof for a unique one of a kind experience.

The production team includes Director and Choreographer Dawn Ewen, Writer Mike Kovac, Musical Director Stewart Yu, Lighting Designer Noah Feaver, Executive Producers Cameron Chase, Ranae Miller, Kevin and Grace Fatkin with co-producers Sable Strub, Alan Pronger and Rosie Simon, Costume Designer Jessie Churchill and Stage Manager Wade Hackworth. The supremely talented cast includes Emily Kapahi, Ryan Bolton, Mike Kovac, Sean Parsons, Sable Strub, Dimitrios Stephanoy, Megan Solis, Ranae Miller; Kayla Heyblom, Jennifer Long, Katie Purych, Vanessa Coley-Donohue, Stephanie Wong, Jacqueline Breakwell, Lauren Gula, Stephanie Liatopolous, Ben Bilodeau, Alan Pronger and Jeremy O'Driscoll.
