Self Defense for Tween Girls (ages 10-13) Only
Let's face it: Talking to kids about safety is tough. But, as your children mature, you want them to take care of themselves while living rich, full lives.
Strategic Living classes are designed to help your daughter be more confident in her judgement and independence, and for you to have more peace of mind.
In their own class your daughter will relax and feel comfortable discussing her fears and asking tough questions. She will get honest, accurate answers in a safe space. In 2 1/2 hours, she will learn safety skills essential for her increasing independence, skills that will increase her safety when she is
- home alone or with younger siblings
- riding the bus by herself or with a friend or two
- babysitting
- walking or biking to the park or corner store with a friend.
