KatieMade Introduction to Breadmaking Class
Come learn how to make great bread the KatieMade way! We'll learn about mixing, kneading, hydration, shaping, fermentation, and more, and eat some great bread while we're at it! You'll go home with lots of useful knowledge, a sourdough starter, and some terrific bread! $20/person, or $35/couple. Ages 13+.
