Preparing Our Hearts for the New Year with Estelle Frankel
The Jewish New Year is a special time for healing the soul. According to the Kabbalah, it is a time of spiritual potency, when we have the power to radically realign our lives. The High Holy Day Liturgy reminds us that although our days are finite, to be fully alive, we must continually attune ourselves to the Source of Life.
During this workshop we will explore some of the mystical teachings and spiritual practices from Kabbalah and Musar that help us re-align our lives with our highest values. Through contemplative study, guided meditation, music and movement we will reflect on what gives us life, and fine-tune our spiritual direction and sacred intentions for the coming year.
