Event
Teshuvah through Psalm 27 with Jeffrey Kessler
It is traditional to pray Psalm 27 daily during the month of Elul to activate the process of Teshuvah (turning inward) in preparation for the High Holy Days. The psalm teaches how confidence and inspiration are found in the midst of life's difficulties and anxiety. In this class we will study Psalm 27 together, then seek to clarify our direction and enter into Teshuvah through free writing and meditation.
