High Holy Day Chant and Journaling with Cyrise Beatty
During the Days of Awe, we have a heightened connection to the act of Tshuvah (returning)especially in the 9 days between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. Through introspective work, we access clarity, strength, and grace to allow healing and transformation into our lives.
Cyrise will guide us in chant, journaling, and meditation to encourage and facilitate this process. Please bring a journal and a writing implement. This will be your last opportunity to chant with Cyrise before she moves to Oregon!
When: Tuesday, September 22, 7pm 9pm
Where: Chochmat HaLev, 2215 Prince St. Berkeley
Fee: $12 for members and $16 for non-members.
