The Femme Show and Charm City Kitty Club
The Charm City Kitty Club is proud to present The Femme Show in a follow-up to their sold-out 2008 Baltimore show. With film, dance, spoken word, burlesque, drag, and performance art from award winning artists, The Femme Show offers a variety of diverse perspectives on femme identity with subject matter that is at times thoughtful, sad, funny, sexy, and fun. In October of 2007, the first-ever Femme Show sold out and received rave reviews from audience members who called it wild, raw, transparent, and unique, and a fantastic, funny, powerful show. Since then theyve been busy taking Boston and the world by storm, with 2008 Editors Choice picks in the Baltimore City Paper and the Boston Globe.
