Introduction to Whole Grain Sourdough Breads
In this hands-on class, students will learn how to incorporate traditional and non-traditional whole grains into sourdough breads from Madison Sourdough Head Baker and Co-Owner Andrew Hutchison. The class will address a variety of ways to approach whole grains with specific considerations of flavor, texture, and process. Students will go home with loaves baked in our ovens and their own sourdough starter. Breads and pairings provided during the class.
