Brooklyn Homebrew: Intro to brewing at home
Benjamin Stutz and Danielle Cefaro of Brooklyn Homebrew will guide us through a two-part class on how to brew at home, starting with the simplest method: extract brewing. They will demonstrate and explain how to use a home brew kit and will guide us through the necessary steps from selecting a recipe to bottling and fermentation. Beer will be served as well.
The two sessions will take place on Monday, August 3rd and Monday, August 17th from 7:30-8:00 pm.
