On Friday, July 11th, Join us on the backyard patio of Tiger!Tiger! for beers and conversation. Learn about the history of Cask Beer, the process of Cask conditioning, and the creativity that goes into brewing cask from one of San Diego's Craft Beer Pioneers, AleSmith Sr Brewer Bill Batten.
Join Bill in an in depth discussion on the difference between fresh brewed AleSmith IPA Cask and multi-award winning AleSmith IPA Draft.
In addition, we will enjoy AleSmith X pale Ale and Alesmith "394" an extremely limited-release American Pale Ale dedicated to the late Tony Gwynn. (We are one of three bars fortunate enough to present this beer to you.)
