Draft Quality
Neil Witte is known as Boulevard's draft expert. He has installed many a system, and can tell us the essentials of draft system components, jockey box maintenance, gases, serving, and maintenance. The cost of this class includes the Brewers' Association book, "Draught Beer Quality Manual". Reservations are required, for book order. We have some copies to pick up in advance of the class.
