Prebiotics Workshop
The Sugar Beet Co-op welcomes back Dr. Paul Schattauer to another informational workshop. This time, Kathy Szczesniak is working with him. Kathy is in the final stages of becoming a Dietitian. She believes that food has the power to heal and by using a holistic approach to health, we can prevent sickness and disease.
During this workshop, you will learn what prebiotics are, why they are important, and how to get the most out of your probiotics by incorporating prebiotics into your healthy lifestyle.
