Join Literacy Works for A Book that Changed My Life on July 24th at Hopleaf!
Gather in the upper room at Hopleaf to hear the personal stories of ten readers and the books that changed their lives. Tony Sarabia, the celebrated host of WBEZ Chicago's The Morning Shift and Radio M, will be our emcee, ushering us through an evening that showcases the power of books.
We'll award a prize to the presenter who is the most interesting. Or funniest. Or most poignant. Use your dollars to vote for the story that moves you the most. Your participation supports Literacy Works.
Also - bring your favorite book with you! Between presenters, you might get the chance to tell us what you chose and why.
