We'll explore your ideas, beat out your story and solidify your theme. Peter will share his personal techniques for crafting an irresistible script and give you a lot of individual help on your story. He'll help you avoid the rookie mistakes and show you how to create engaging characters and tantalizing scenes. By the end of this class, you'll have a fully developed outline and drafted a chunk of your screenplay. In addition, the best movies will be presented to Peter's agent! Before you know it, you'll be following the Red Carpet Road all the way to Sundance.

About Peter Iliff:
With over 50 sold film and TV projects, Peter Iliff has written under contract for nearly every studio and TV network in Hollywood. He became a full time screenwriter when he sold his script, "Point Break," to Ridley Scott and Columbia Pictures in 1987. Since then, he has written and sold 43 films and eight television pilots. His other movie blockbusters include"Patriot Games" with Harrison Ford, "Under Suspicion" with Gene Hackman and Morgan Freeman, "Varsity Blues" with James Van Der Beek and Jon Voight, and "Rites of Passage" with Christian Slater which he also directed. Peter has also written for HBO's "Tales of the Crypt" and "Varsity Blues" for MTV. He has done studio rewrites for shows and movies such as "Frank Lloyd Wright," "Texas Rangers," "Mimic," and "Fear". He's currently working on a new surf gangster crime drama series he created for Netflix with the producer of "Entourage" and director of "The Fast & Furious."
