Flirty and Fit
Wednesdays July 23-August 27 from 6:00-7:00 pm
Firm and tone your entire body in this flirty and fun exercise class! Each class will include cardio and strengthening exercises that emphasize the physicality, flexibility and technique used by burlesque performers! Not a burlesque performer? That's ok! This full body workout will firm and tone you in all the right places.
Participants should wear form fitting exercise clothes, comfortable shoes, and bring a towel and water bottle.
Cancellation Policies:
If your class is cancelled by the instructor, your payment will be refunded in full as soon as possible. Deposits/registrations are otherwise non-refundable. If you've pre-paid a class or deposit, are unable to attend, and give at least 10 days notice, your tuition may be transferred towards another class by emailing fannygalore@ymail.com. Tuition is non-transferable in the 9 days before a class starts. There are no refunds or makeup classes for absences.
