Sunday Supper with Preston Farm

Join us for a mid-summer Sunday Supper featuring Preston Farm, a much-loved local producer of organically raised vegetables, sourdough bread, wine, and livestock. The family-style meal is designed around their seasonal offerings and is sure to leave everyone with a full belly and an appreciation of Lou Preston's particular take on organic agriculture in Dry Creek Valley.

The Sunday Supper Series is a community dinner featuring local farmers, winemakers and visiting chefs. Celebrating good farming, good cooking and good eating, dinner is served family style and seating is casual, so come with your family, bring a neighbor, and make new friends!

The menu will feature:

Fresh Preston sourdough bread and olive oil

Little gem salad with yellow beans, lemon cucumber, pickled onions, sherry vinaigrette and sweet tomatoes

Roasted herb and garlic crusted lamb shoulder with olives and tomatoes
Flageolet bean gratin with whole roasted carrots

Bellwether Farm's sheep's milk ricotta with honey and fresh HomeFarm peaches

A selection of Preston winery Dy Creek Valley wines will be available for purchase, along with beer, kombucha, and non-alcoholic beverages.
