Rob Mungle
Rob Mungle has appeared in comedy clubs, bars that thought they were comedy clubs, bowling alleys that wished they were comedy clubs and every good, bad and ugly one-nighter there is.
In 1996, Rob won the prestigious Houston Funniest Person contest,
In 1998 Rob, along with stand-up comic Bill Miller, formed the comedy troupe known as the Whiskey Brothers, who performed a hard-edged brand of stand-up comedy that they felt was missing from the current stand-up / sketch comedy scene. Whiskey Brother performances are laced with profanity, contempt for religious institutions and a sheer hatred of both hypocrisy and banality. The battle cry of the Whiskey Brothers is simple, Have Fun, by any means necessary. Rob is currently the headliner and artistic director of Whiskey Brother performances.
Rob is also a working voice actor with A.D. Vision; a Houston based production company that specializes in the re-recording of Japanese animae films using English language actors. Robs voice has appeared in over fifty productions including Gun Smith Cats and Blue Seed both of which appear regularly on the Starz Action Channel.
Robs comedy is hard edged and not for people who are seeking a clean show. He is however, professional, friendly and above all hysterically funny!
