On-the-Farm Dinner with Chef Whitney Aycock from At Whit's End - June 26th
Summer has officially arrived and we have no intention of slowing down! This week, Chef Whitney Aycock takes a break from At Whit's End, his pizza parlor at Playland Motel, to cook a delicious family style meal right on the farm. Oh, did we mention it's going to be a seafood FEAST? Friends, bring your appetites...
MENU: Smoked bluefish with roasted radish and rosemary Edgemere baby greens topped with poached tomato, mint, and a lemon vinaigrette dressing Jamaica Bay fluke crudo seasoned with horseradish, hot oil, and citrus Roasted littleneck clams stuffed with pancetta, blistered onion-kale puree and tarragon Dessert to be announced
