Mastering the Backyard BBQ
A backyard BBQ is often as much about getting together on a warm summer day with family and friends as it is about grilling succulent meats, tender garden vegetables, and making s'mores for dessert. While true barbecue is a process of slow, low heat cooking, we will focus on grilling. In this hands-on class, we will explore a variety of cooking techniques for various foods and as well as grill management so you can be the master of your own backyard BBQ.
