Greek Mezze Slow Food Shasta Cascade

For those of you who have purchased tickets we look forward to serving you the following menu. However, this event has sold out and no further tickets are available.

Menu:

Olive plate,
Foil baked feta with onion jam,
Lamb gyros patties,
Pita & tatziki yogurt plate,
Eggplant stuffed summer squash with goat cheese,
Seasoned tomatoes & cucumbers,
Lentil & rice grape leaf wreath,
Filo-wrapped spinach & zucchini,
Honeyed-yogurt blueberry gingersnap tart,
EACH ATTENDEE WILL RECEIVE RECIPE FLYERS!

Cost for meal is $20 per person.
Please bring your own beverage, such as a bottle of local wine. Sparkling water will be served.

Local producers featured include: Big Bluff Ranch grass-fed lamb; Sierra Nevada Cheese Company all natural yogurt, single origin local goat milk feta and aged rinded cheese, organic vat cultured butter; Kendall Farms creme fraiche; Sierra Cascade organic blueberries; Pyramid Farms organic produce; Chaffin Family Orchard organic olive oil, olives, and pastured eggs; and other producers.

***********DIRECTIONS:
Starting from the Chico Park & Ride at Hwy 99 and Hwy 32, drive 10.2 miles East up Hwy 32 toward Forest Ranch. (The turn off is prior to the town of Forest Ranch, just after the only official passing lane.) At 10.2 miles from the Park & Ride, turn right onto Crown Point. Drive the equivalent of 1 city block until the pavement ends and a canyon vista comes into view. Then veer slightly to the right to take the dirt portion of Crown Point downhill approximately 1.25 miles until the road levels out at its base. At that point, notice the sign for Blackberry Road to the left. (DO NOT PROCEED ACROSS THE CREEK.) Drive approimately .75 miles on Blackberry to the 14590 address sign at driveway entrance. Cell phones are functional up to the top of Crown Point but not in the canyon. Please feel free to call (530) 892-9909 for further guidance; however, these directions are accurate and easy to follow. The dirt portion of the road is nominal and traverse-able by any city vehicle.
