ADVANCES IN ROBOTIC SURGERY
Facing surgery can create anxiety. Fortunately, less invasive surgical options are available. This seminar will focus on the use of the da Vinci device for surgeries, comparing traditional procedures and providing benefits of the robotic device:

Dr. Marc Beaghler received his medical degree from the Creighton University School of Medicine, Omaha, NE, and completed a urology residency at Loma Linda University School of Medicine, Loma Linda, CA. He is the CMH Medical Director of Robotics and Co-Medical Director of the operating room and is a clinical professor of Urology at USC Keck School of Medicine.
Dr. Seyed Khoddami received his medical degree from the University of Tehran School of Medicine, Tehran, Iran and he completed a residency in urology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, NE. He is an expert at partial nephrectomies and robotic surgery and a clinical assistant professor of Urology at USC.
Drs. Beaghler and Khoddami are active members of the Community Memorial Hospital and Ojai Valley Community Hospital medical staffs.
