Umami (People + Food) is an ongoing social food and drink series held every 2-3 months in Bushwick, Brooklyn dedicated to the creation of friendly and leisurely environments for good food and good folks.

All the best dishes from the last three years of Umami, selected by our past and present chefs, bartender, volunteers and diner. Details TBA
An adamantly non-profit and generous project, all proceeds generated from diners' (and producers'!) ticket sales go back into the project to cover the costs of plates, glasses and other overhead for the next dinner. Umami relies on the participation of volunteer prep cooks and cleaning crew.
