6/28 Pig Roast with Templeton Rye

When Templeton Rye told us about their Heritage Pork Project we jumped at the chance to have a pig roast on the Little Goat roof! We will be pouring three special Templeton cocktails plus Templeton and pork milkshakes! The pig will be served nose-to-tail style: pig face, pork belly, and roasted on our La Caja China! We will also be whipping up a few Templeton based sauces (marinade, bbq, and dipping sauce) to round the meal out. Yummy pig and tasty drinks on the roof sounds like a great Saturday night to us.

$55, plus tax and gratuity for dinner and some special Templeton beverages, plus it's on our beautiful roof :D
