------------------- Speaker Bio ------------------- Peter Lewis is a Business Manager at World Wide Technology (WWT), where he oversees the execution of IT systems integration programs and projects throughout the Asia-Pacific region. WWT is an award-winning systems integrator that provides innovative technology products, services, and supply chain solutions to customers and suppliers around the globe. Based in St Louis MO, WWT has more than 50 personnel based in Hawaii provides services to federal, commercial, and state / location education customers.
Peter has extensive experience across a broad range of disciplines to include operations and project management, enterprise governance and risk management, information technology, defense, aerospace, intelligence and security, scientific applications and emerging technologies.
Prior to joining WWT, for more than 16 years Peter enjoyed a successful career as a military intelligence officer serving in the Asia-Pacific and Middle East where he specialized in intelligence and security issues. He completed his military career as the Chief of Target Materials for the United States Pacific Command - Joint Intelligence Operations Center in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Peter embraces a passion for learning, and holds several leading industry certifications to include the Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Cisco Certified Network Professional certifications in Security and Voice (CCNP Security | CCNP Voice). His academic achievements include a Master of Nuclear Science, Master of Science (Information Technology), and a Bachelor of Arts (Information Systems / English).
