What is a Vision Board?
A vision board is a tool used to help clarify, concentrate and maintain focus on a specific life goal. Literally, a vision board is any sort of board on which you display images that represent whatever you want to be, doing or have in your life.
Get ready to start taking ACTION in your life & stop allowing worry, fear or doubt to get in your way? It's time to make a positive change in your life. It's time to get inspired, empowered & set some goals, so you can start living your best life possible!
At some time in our lives, we are all in a state of transition. New job or career, new relationship or non-existing relationship, people leaving our lives, whatever your life changing event could be it can be difficult. Sharing these experiences with others in a similar state of flux can be fun, comforting and therapeutic. Discover some new tools to help with the transition while making new friends to share this time of expansion.
We will be discussing the power of using a Vision Board but go beyond and learn how to bring it to life. This is just not for women; men are welcome to attend this event too.
The purpose of creating your vision board can be:
*To help you keep your goals and dreams in front of you
*Give energy to the things that you want in your life
*Helps you put forth goals and dreams with clarity
*Gets you emotionally involved in creating and choosing
your intentions
Together we will create a board geared towards the direction we want to see our lives go. But, once the board is done it doesn't stop there. We will stay in contact and support each other in a forum just for members only. A passcode will be needed to access.
Join us for an afternoon of creative, informational and entertaining time. Just bring your smile, photos, and magazines.
We will supply:
Board, glue, scissors and snacks.
