DOUBT
In John P. Shanley's brilliant and powerful drama, a parochial school principal takes matters into her own hands when she suspects a young priest of improper relations with one of the male students. This is the play that won the 2005 Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award. Its 2008 screen adaptation, which starred Meryl Streep and Philip Seymour Hoffman, garnered five Oscar nominations. Christian Moe will direct the production as the opening show of the Stage Company's 28th season.
