Come learn how to churn local produce into irresistible healthy Asian meals at Haley House Bakery Cafe, with Chef Didi!
You'll get a tour of the cafe kitchen and learn how to make:
- Vegetarian Sushi made with beets, nasturtiums, leeks and other harvest jewels;
- Thai Crispy Tofu and Peanut Slaw;
- Asian Watermelon 'Gazpacho' made with Thai Basil, Mint, and Peppers;
- Vietnamese Banh Xeo - sizzing mung bean rice crepe stuffed with loose salad
This is both a demonstration and a practical hands-on cooking class.
