Please join Slow Food Yolo on a one of a kind farm tour at California Endive Farm in Rio Vista, June 28th, 2014.
California Endive Farm is the only producer of Belgian Endive in the United States.
The tour will begin with a presentation at 10 AM, followed by a tour of the unique production facilities and end next door with a fabulous endive-centric lunch prepared by their culinary director. Menu will be available as the event draws near.
Guests are invited to bring their own wine or other drinks to enjoy during lunch if they so desire.
Tickets prices are $22 Slow Food Members, $25 non-members.
