Too Many Cooks presents: The Flavors of Chile with Isidora Díaz
Join TMC & Chilean native and food aficionado Isidora Díaz at Wild Goose Creative Sunday, June 8th from 7-9PM for a night exploring the flavors of Chile. We'll learn about the history and origins behind Chilean cuisine and learn the regional flavor profiles and pantry staples all while snacking on empanadas, bean salad, and some sweet treats. Then, Isidora will show us how to make three traditional Chilean wine cocktails, which we'll then sample! Yes, we'll be enjoying authentic Chilean food and wine for just $5!
TMC is excited to bring the energy and tastes of Chile to Wild Goose and we can't wait to see you on 6/8! Remember TMC events are BYO drinks with the exception of water and samples. Your $5 donation helps support both the TMC program and our home, Wild Goose Creative (a non-profit Community Arts space).
