Collaboration Beer Dinner with Chef Amanda Baumgarten from Waypoint Public

Four amazing courses paired with exclusive beers brewed specifically for this dinner!

Join us at Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens Liberty Station as we benefit from the gastronomical collaboration of two phenomenal chefs. Chef/ Partner, Amanda Baumgarten, of Waypoint Public, and Executive Chef Tom Connolly, of Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens Liberty Station have teamed up to produce an innovative four-course meal, with beer pairings of brews created exclusively for the evening, that is sure to delight.

What makes this event unique, you ask? The beer. Amanda Baumgarten, avid homebrewer, donned her brewers boots here at Liberty Station and went to work with Liberty Station Brew Manager Kris Ketcham to recreate a recipe that she came up with years ago. The result? Amanda vs. The Arbolcots. Tom Connolly also worked with Kris to create a beer recipe that would complement his contribution to the evening's menu: The Sacred Druid.
