ONLY THE TRUTH IS FUNNY: MID-LIFE AT THE OASIS by Rick Reynolds

The Marsh is proud to present the San Francisco debut of critically acclaimed comedian Rick Reynolds' new one-man show, "Only The Truth Is Funny: Mid-Life At The Oasis. This hysterical and touching autobiographical piece picks up where Rick's first two shows, The Emmy-nominated "Only The Truth Is Funny," and the wildly successful "All Grown Up...And No Place To Go" (which was spun off into the CBS sitcom "Life and Stuff") left off.

According to Rick, "When I performed 'Happiness' at The Marsh two years ago I didn't feel that the shows theme (life is hard but totally worth it) was as clear as it could be, so I've channeled Frank Capra in an effort to nail the damned thing," says the award-winning monologist. "I've spent the last year of my life putting this show together and I'm absolutely sure it's the best thing I've ever done. In fact, if you can find a more thought provoking and inspirational show you've seen about a middle-aged, self-obsessed, therapy-hating, cry-baby from Petaluma, I'll refund the price of your ticket."
