Ayinde Howell - Is a Chef and writer who focuses on vegan food and lifestyle as publisher of the blog ieatgrass.com. His recipes have been published in The New York Times, Essence Magazine, VegNews and multiple other major outlets. As a Chef Ayinde has owned his own cafe, held post as executive chef in Manhattan, and currently resides in Hollywood CA and works as a private chef to a short list of celebrities. This is his first book.

Zoë Eisenberg is a writer and editor who focuses on food and sex. A certified holistic health counselor with a background in creative writing, Zoe has been published in a variety of print and online sources, including xoJane.com, Shape.com, Laika Magazine, Thought Catalog, and Vegan Mainstream. She writes about living, loving and eating on her blog, SexyTofu.com, and is currently the managing editor of www.ieatgrass.com. This is her first book.
