Martin Yan of Yan Can Cook!
Community Asian Theatre of the Sierra (CATS) presents a cooking demonstration and book signing by Chinese celebrity chef Martin Yan of the popular Yan Can Cook! TV series. Many are familiar with his wit and humor on public television. He is as much an entertainer in person as he is on the tube! Spend a most enjoyable afternoon with Martin and learn the secrets to great Chinese cooking, as well as his philosophy on life. He will also share with us his recent trips to China. You will have an opportunity to purchase his cookbooks and have them personally autographed, and dont forget to pick up some of his own brand of kitchen knives.
