Jennifer Branham, Co-owner of Laguna Farm, Matt Blank, Warehouse Manager of FEED Sonoma, and Heather Grahanan, CAFF NC Regional Manager, will share a wealth of knowledge and experience on harvesting, handling, packing and container choices and techniques. Needs for CSAs, farmers markets, retail, wholesale, restaurant and food service buyers will be discussed. A resource packet for more information will be provided.
