ONTS' WRITER'S FESTIVAL! 3 One Act Plays!

OPENING NITE THEATRE SOCIETY (ONTS)in Mission, BC is proud to present it's first ever WRITER'S FESTIVAL!! Theatre goers will have the opportunity to attend all 3 One Act Plays - all Written and Directed by talented, LOCAL playwrights!
*Plays will run consecutively allowing for 10 minute intermissions with concession in between.

Ranging from dramatic and intensely thought provoking to just plain fun - there is literally something for everyone and we guarantee you will be talking about these productions long after leaving the theatre!

SHOW DATES AND TIMES:
June 20, 2014 - June 29, 2014 (2 weekends only!)
Friday & Saturday Evening performances at 8pm
Sunday Matinee Performances at 2pm

And now.. THE PLAYS! (in order of appearance on stage)

"PLAN B" Written and Directed by Mahara Sinclaire (director of the recent ONTS hit 'Proof')
The heart wrenching tale of the hard decisions a family must make when terminal illness hit. A touching and universal story.

"THE GIFT" Written and Directed by Randy Holmes (award-winning actor and director, most recently seen on stage as "Robert" in ONTS' production of 'Proof') presents the poignant tale of a woman in prison who receives a surprise visit from a stranger, and a request that seems simple but carries a lot of weight.

"EFFECTIVE TOMORROW" Written and Directed by Camille Atebe (ONTS President and writer of the annual Panto) A fun loving comedy featuring three strangers in a group therapy session for depressives... Effective Tomorrow will have you laughing out loud while cheering on this band of misfits!

*Each play is approx. 30-40 minutes with 10 minute intermission in between - Concession Available

** Some of the content contains mature themes and may not be suitable for all audiences.

SEASON PASS HOLDERS: This event is outside the perameters of the 4 shows offered with our Season's Pass -- however, we are happy to extend the $13 discounted rate to our loyal pass holders - please use one of the RESERVATIONS method(s) noted below.
