Fermented Foods
The art of fermentation has been used for thousands of years to preserve harvests and to help maintain digestive health. Join Hilltop Hanover farmer Zack Braunstein for this hands-on workshop on the benefits of fermented foods, and learn how to make your own sauerkraut and kimchi from scratch. Registration is required; $25 per person, $10 for children ages 8-12.
