Preserving the Harvest: Canning - Salsa
One of the pleasures of a heavy summer harvest is being able to preserving your excess produce for the winter. Come join Tina Zabor for this hands-on canning workshop, where you'll learn how to turn your tomatoes into tasty salsas and sauces that will last you the rest of the year. Registration is required; $25 per person, $10 for children ages 8-12.
