Cheese-Making 101
Join cheese-guru Carol Lakes, owner of SimpleCheeseMaking.com, for a hands-on workshop on the art of cheese-making. From equipment to technique, and from ingredients to storage, Carol will teach you everything you need to know to start making your own cheese from scratch. Registration is required; $20 per person, $5 for children ages 8-12.
