Story Time Yoga is a series inspired by short stories, fables, and fairy tales. The characters in the stories told will be explored through creative movement and beginning yoga poses. As many of these stories have a moral or lesson, we will also begin a dialogue about intentionality with a second interactive activity, game, or craft project.
On May 31st, friends, ages 3-5, will explore "Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?" by Bill Martin Jr. and friends over 6 will get to explore "May I Bring a Friend?" by Beatrice Schenk de Regniers. $15 per child.
11-11:45 am, Ages 3-5
12-1pm, Ages 6+
$15 per child
Parents are welcome to stay and participate.
Space is limited to 10 littles per class.
Minimum of 5 required.
