The Iconic Dinner, Version 2
Due to the success of our last Iconic Dinner we're hosting another version for one night only. This one will be even more complex...
Join chef, artist, and Modernist Cuisine co-author Maxime Bilet as he and the Art for Food Culinary Team take you on a journey through their interpretations of iconic dishes from the great chefs that have shaped American food culture as we know it today. This special dinner will feature the cuisines of every iconic figure in American cooking, from Julia Child to Thomas Keller, Mario Batali, David Kinch and much much more.
Doors open at 7 p.m. with a glass of bubbles and small bites. The trip through the evolution of food begins at 7:30.
**Limited to 15 guests.**
Ticket prices include a 12-course dinner, wine, gratuity, and tax.
To comply with Washington food laws, we can only serve dinners at private events to members. Free membership is obtained by joining our mailing list. You will be enrolled with the email address you provide when purchasing, and may unsubscribe at any point. Thank you!
