Max presents "Suspension and Transitions" Featuring Gorgone

Tune up your suspension skills, and make your suspensions more varied and engaging!

This workshop provides five hours of in-depth instruction, including:
- Takate-Kote / box tie check
- Variations on basic ties (futomomos/hip harness): different styles, aesthetics, functions
- Working on a complete sequence (''Running man'', face-down, upside-down, face-up)
- Tips and tricks to improve fluidity, efficiency, smoothness, awareness, dexterity.

NOTE: Gorgone's "Rethinking the Takate-Kote" class or equivalent experience is highly recommended.
