Annual board dinner
Join us for our annual dinner to welcome our new board members and celebrate and thank those who are stepping down. Board members and spouses/partners/special friends welcome!
Our hosts at Vincent have created a fabulous menu for us:
Little Gem Salad, with greens, poached egg, and red wine vinaigrette.
Choice of entree:
1. Gemelli pasta. Sauteed ramps, spring peas, braised fennel, fennel broth, chopped herbs, pea shoots, pickled onion, parmesan
2. Amish chicken breast. Balsamic glaze, fennel puree, rapini, charred knob onion, rhubarb-fennel compote
3. Mussels & frites. Beer preparation with shallot, garlic, parsley
Chocolate peanut butter mousse cake
Wine.
$30 includes tax and gratuity
