Cheese & Beer 101 Tasting with Pam Brewer and Special Guest Brewery
NYC-based cheesemonger, Pamela Brewer, is coming to Jimmy's No. 43 to lead an in-depth tasting of our favorite local, farmstead cheeses. We'll enjoy different cheeses of diverse styles that represent the best of their region, season, and production method. Pam will walk us through the basics of cheesemaking, the stories behind the producers, and the art of pairing. Even the cheese neophyte will feel like an expert by the end of the evening!
We will complement the cheeses with beers from Naparbier, a craft brewer from Spain. Representatives of Shelton Brothers Imports will be at the pairing along with the brewer from Naparbier.
