Prior to pursuing her dream of Julep, Jane held a senior roles at Starbucks and the global strategy consulting firm The Boston Consulting Group. Her passion for issues that impact women led her to earn degrees in Public Policy & International Affairs at Princeton University and her J.D. from Yale Law School. She lives with her husband and two children in Seattle, Washington.
