Too Many Cooks: Middle Eastern Pantry with Nijma Darwish
Come to Wild Goose Creative on Sunday May 18th from 6-8PM and spend your evening with Too Many Cooks and Nijma Darwish! Nijma will be sharing her Middle Eastern kitchen culture with us! She'll introduce us to the seven spices and other traditional Middle Eastern flavors. We'll learn how to shop a Middle Eastern grocery for pantry staples. She'll give us the dish on how to use traditional Arabic utensils and short cuts to add Middle Eastern flair to your everyday dishes. We'll be learning how to make a Fattoush Salad and then devour the spoils along side some of her home made baklava and other snacks. We hope you join us in this communal evening of learning and eating! $5 donation requested for entry.
