ACBW Spring Food & Beer Pairing Dinner

Celebrate Spring and American Craft Beer Week with us on Wednesday May 14. We will be putting on an amazing five course food & beer pairing dinner with seatings every 30 minutes starting at 6 pm.

Please take a look at the AMAZING selections in the menu below. We will have representatives from the breweries on hand to discuss the beers.

You can select what time will work best for you when purchasing your tickets. Tax & tip is included in ticket price. Don't hesitate, space is limited and we usually sell these dinners out. Ticket sales will end 48 hours prior to the dinner so that we can procure the necessary product.

Menu

Amuse Bouche
Duck confit coin purse with a toasted goat cheese marshmallow and cherry reduction.
Pairing: Lost Abbey Red Poppy

Salad: Charred fennel, lightly pickled ramps and Chioggia beets tossed in a creamy roasted carrot gorgonzola dressing over butter lettuce with crispy shallot rings. Pairing: Ska Mandarino

Appetizer: Calvados seared scallops on riper pear béchamel brown butter and chives
Pairing: River North Chardonnay Barrel Aged J. Marie

Entrée: Wild Boar St. Louis style ribs, corn bread spaetzle tossed with house made Provel style cheese on celeriac smoked bubbles
Pairing: New Belgium Blackberry Love

Dessert: Mexican Chocolate mousse layered with cinnamon cream in a churro cup on nopale cactus jam with toasted coconut.
Pairing: Avery Coconut Ellie's Brown Ale
