CJCS Presents: Haydn's Creation
The Central Jersey Choral Society (CJCS) is pleased to announce that we will be presenting The Creation by Joseph Haydn. The concert will feature Erica Miller (Soprano), Colin Markey (Tenor), and Harold Wilson (Bass).
"Haydn spent longer writing The Creation than any other work he composed," said Christopher Loeffler, Artistic Director of the Central Jersey Choral Society. "He considered it his musical tribute in praise of God. In his desire to compose something worthy of expressing Creation itself, Haydn gave the world an artistic treasure."
